To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.
Common Return Questions
In addition to your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, 88 Jeans offers a NO HASSLE return for any item that meets the following criteria:
- returned within 30 days of delivery
- unworn, unused, unmarked, and unwashed with the original tags still attached
- in the original packaging including shoe box, which must be in the original condition (unmarked)
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return your item for a refund and place a new order online. To ensure availability we recommend you place your new order asap.

How to return an item
- Enter your email address & order number in the above fields and click 'Start a Return'
- Select the item/s you want to return
- Choose a reason (refund, faulty etc)
- Send your item back to us with the provided RMA number
A confirmation email will be sent to you with further shipping instructions. A refund will be processed back to your account once your item has been inspected.
Received a faulty item or not the item you ordered
Firstly, we would like to apologise if you have received a faulty item or an item you did not order. Depending on the circumstances we will replace the item or provide you with a full refund.

Who is responsible for the return postage costs?
88 Jeans is responsible for the return shipping costs when the item recieved is faulty or not the item you ordered. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs when they have changed their mind and no longer want the item.
