What is your return policy?
88 Jeans offers a NO HASSLE return for all orders when the following criteria has been met:
- Item/s are return 30 days from delivery
- The item/s is unused and has not been marked, washed, damaged or altered
- All original tags are attached and packaging is in the original condition
How do I return an item?
- Enter your email address and order number in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Select the item/s you want to return
- A confirmation email will be sent to you with further shipping instructions
- Upon approval your refund will be processed back to your original account within 5 business days.
How do I exchange an item?
- Follow the above steps to return a item for a full refund
- Visit our online store and order the correct item for immediate delivery
- To ensure availability we recommend customers place their order asap. Or you can wait until your return item has been received and refunded back to your account.
Received the wrong item or a faulty item.
Firstly, we would like to apologise for sending your a faulty or wrong item. If possible we will replace the item at no further cost to you or provide you with a full refund. Please enter your email address and order number in the above fields and click Start a Return
Who is responsible for the return postage costs?
- 88 Jeans is responsible for the return shipping costs if the item you recieved is faulty or not the item you ordered.
- The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs if they have changed their mind and no longer want their item/s.
