To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

What is your return policy?

88 Jeans offers a NO HASSLE return for all orders when the following criteria has been met:

  • Item is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is in the same condition as you received it (not been marked, washed, damaged or altered)
  • All original tags are attached and boxes unmarked 

 

How do I return an item?

Enter your email address and order number in the fields above and click the Start a Return button.
  • Select the item/s you want to return
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with further shipping instructions
  • Send your item back to us with the provided RMA number.
  • A refund will be processed back to your account once your item has been inspected. 

 

 

How do I exchange an item?

88 Jeans does not exchange items. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return your item for a refund and place a new order online. To ensure availability we recommend you place your new order asap.

 

Received a faulty item or not the item you ordered

Firstly, we would like to apologise if you have received a faulty item or an item you did not order. Where possible we will replace the item or provide you with a full refund. Please enter your email address and order number in the above fields and click the Start a Return button. 

 

Who is responsible for the return postage costs?

88 Jeans is responsible for the return shipping costs if the item you recieved is faulty or not the item you ordered. The buyer is responsible if they have changed their mind and no longer want their item/s.
